Sunday evening

Sunday, November 23rd, 2008

Busy, busy day today!  After church we went to my niece’s birthday party. It was at a local pizza place with an old carousel. My daughter had a fun time riding it, 3 times at least! After that we hurried back to church for a pie social and thanksgiving time. There were songs and skits. Daughter went up with her Sunday School class, they all wore little pilgrim hats and sang a couple of turkey songs. Too cute! Here are the lyrics: To the tune of “Frere Jacque”

Mr. Turkey, Mr. Turkey
Run away, Run away
If you don’t be careful
You will be a mouthful
Thanksgiving Day
Thanksgiving Day

Hee hee.. makes me laugh every time.

Okay, on to bookin’ type things.  At Cen’s Loft there is the start of a Christmas Collab Kit. Check it out all week.  Cen also has some vintage Santa papers that are great too!

This week starts the crazy holiday season…. so enjoy and don’t forget to take lots of pictures and do some bookin’!

August 15: Freebies

Friday, August 15th, 2008

From a blog I’ve been frequenting, she’s had a whole week of fun freebies that are beach themed. The whole project was a collaborative effort between her and some other bloggers. They are all super cute and while I’m not “technically” a digital booker, it seems this summer I’ve been trying my hand at it more and more.  So, check out Cen’s Loft and get the CT collab kit pieces and make those beautiful beach pages!
